This is normal, We have multiple warehouses in every corner of the globe, So if 1 warehouse ran out of inventory for a specific item, we will use our other warehouse. So please understand that they will not come in one package and you will not receive it on the same day for every package. But, rest assured that they will be delivered to our promised delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.
When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Check Out’ button. Next, enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care at email@example.com and our team will gladly to assist you.
No problem if you don't have Paypal account, After you're done filling out your personal information, Please hit "Complete Order", After that, a Paypal Sign-in page will appear. DO NOT log-in, instead check below and you will find a button that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", Proceed by filling out all your Debit/Credit Card information. Rachelle Swimwear will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces! The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Rachelle Swimwear offers a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on items. All returns must be sent to our global Returns Warehouse.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Rachelle Swimwear for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again.
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number. If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay.
